RECORD FUNDING
Funding the rebuild of the GPS clubhouse, providing shade-sails community groups, or advocating for classroom upgrades - Jonty has achieved record investment for Cooper.
SUPPORTING COMMUNITY
A key initiative of Jonty's is establishing local community capacity building sessions for community and sporting clubs, P&Cs and church groups. Ensuring they are competitive and connected.
REFORM
Jonty has been instrumental in scrutinising and passing a number of bills in Queensland Parliament. Including the legal framework for voluntary assisted dying, consent laws, nature conservation, rental reform and hate crime and vilification legislation.
ACCESS TO SERVICES
In a short time Jonty has successfully advocated for more responsive police services, local disaster recovery public sessions, additional teaching staff and road upgrades.
